FlexAire breathable elastic laminates are a supersoft, high stretch, breathable
laminates for large area applications such as baby diaper ears, side panels and
adult incontinence garments.
These elastic laminates are the most cloth-like of Tredegar's elastic laminates.
FlexAire's soft touch and breathability were designed for enhanced comfort and skin
health for applications where there is skin contact over relatively large areas
for extended periods of time.

The ease of stretch and range of extension of FlexAire products can be adjusted

ExtraFlex brings the ultimate comfort to personal care, with a family of high extension
elastic films that have excellent retractive properties. These films are highly
customizable to meet diverse conversion and end-use application needs.
ExtraFlex films are typically used as:
- Elastics for laminates assembled inline on diaper and pant lines
- Stand-alone elastic components (such as waistbands) of hygiene and apparel articles
The properties of ExtraFlex films can vary from low-force for smooth, easy stretch
to high-force for products required to sustain heavier loads. The films can be produced
as flat films or with three-dimensional apertures for breathability and added bulk.
FabriFlex is a soft, cottony fabric that offers the ultimate in flexibility. It
is used extensively in the side tabs and waistbands of today's best-selling diapers,
as a side panel in the newest generation of rectangular diapers, and in the waistbands
of adult incontinence products.
